After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to conduct an a~ctlon sale on
preperty of Vincent Bialeskt, south side of Oregon Road,
Mattituck, on March 3, 1973.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
Justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will
not be p~rmanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the
Ordinance will be observed.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED George Bird, Luptons Point Road,
Mattituck, New Tork, be GRANTED permission to conduct an auction
sale on March 3, 1973, on the south side of Oregon Road, Mattttuck,
subject to conditions of Resol~tlon of the Southold Town Board of
Appeals dated June 15, 1972, as follows:
1. Permission is for a one day auction sale to be held
on a specific date.

the auction sale to prevent the blocking of neighbors'
driveways.
