ZOI~NG ORDINANCE ~TIC~ III smcw~o~ 300
S~SECT~ON C-~
THE SPECIALEXCF~ONISREQUESTEDBECAUSE$ The topography of the land -
a wooded sloping bank- does not allow a full 3~ ft setback for our
Subdivision identification sign at Cox Neck Road & Rosewood Dr.
We are asking for a reduction in setback for this identification
sign rather than cut do~m the trees and regrading the property~ removing
the trees and regrading this slope would cause erosion and would
cause sand. to run out in the public highway.
