After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to hold'a yard sale on June 16,
19731 rain date June 23, 1973 on premises located on th% corner
of County Road 27 and Carroll Avenue, Peconic, New York.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
useof neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will
not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of
the Ordinance will be observed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Roland Hingle, North Road and
Carroll Avenue, Peconic, New York, be GRANTED permission to hold
a yard sale on June 16, 19731 rain date June 23, 1973 on premises
located on corner of County Road 27 and Carroll Avenue, Peconic,
New York, as applied for, s~ubject to conditions of Resolution of
