PPROVED FORM ZB4 SEE After investigation and inspection the Board finds that applicant requests permission to erect a bus shelter in front yard area of property on the northeast side of Waterview Drive, Southotdz~'The findings of the Board are that applicant resides in a wooded area and his children have a few hundred feet to get to the school bus. The applicant wishes to have his children sheltered from bad weather while waiting for the bus. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district; and the variance will not change the character of the neighbor-ood, and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance. THEREFORE IT W~S RESQLUED, Louis G~t~ff, Waterview Drive, Southold, be GRANTED permission to erect, a bus shelter in front yard area of property located on the northeast side of Waterview Drive, Southold, as applied for, subject to the following conditions: That the shelter be placed at least 5 feet from any property line on the north side of Waterview Drive.
