After investigation and inspection' the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to divide lots with less than
required area, Lots 22 and 23, Map of Mattituck Estates,
Mattituck, New York. The findings of the Board are that this
ie an approved map and that the lots are one half acre or
better in size. The Board a~reee with the reasouing of the
applicant.
The Beard finds that strict application cf the Ordinance
