After investigation and inspection the Beard finds
applicant requests permission to have ye~d sale on June

The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare
~nd Justice will be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use
districts will not be permanently or substantially injured
and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
TH~REPORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Arlene Ditt~a~u, H~rton Road,
~ttituck, New York, be GItANTED permission to have yard sale on
June 9, 1973~ rain date June 16, 1973, at premises located on
north side of Horton Road, Mattituck, New York, as applied for,
subject to conditions of Rssolutioh bf' the' ~outhold Town Board
of Appeals ~ated June 15, 1972, as follows~
1. Permission is for a one day yard sale ~0 be held cn
a specific date, with ~ specific rain date.
2. Permission is for the sale of household and personal
property of the ow~er'~nd his family'and may
include property cf others unXess it is for a charitable
purpose.
Applicant must provide someone to supervise parking
at the yard sale to prevent blocking neighbors'
driveways.
