west by Dalchet Corp. Fee paid $15.00.
2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that

After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to erect accessory building
with reduced setbacks at Harbor Lane, Cutchogue. Applicant
states that he has a well and pump that must be covered.
The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that strict application of the
Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or
unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and
would not be shared by all properties alike in the
immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use
district; and the variance will not change the character
of the neighborhood, and will observe the spirit of the
Ordinance.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED~ Samuel ~4anarel, Harbor Lane,
Cutchogue~ New York, be GRANTED permission to erect accessory
building withreduced se~backs,.subject.~tothe.following
~condition:.
That if the Board of Appeals should find it necessary
at some future time to require that the accessory building
be located a greater distance from the rear yard line or
side yard line (or both) than is presently approved for
this building, the Board shall have the power to make such
an adjustment.

Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of Jot and of buildings on premmes, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commeaced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspec tar wi]! issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in pa rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
