If this application is granted the applicant intends to erect a sign. approximately 31 x 41 ., and he will comply with the requirements of the ordinance with respect to illumination. No more than 25 ears will be kept on the premises at any one time, and all repairs to used ears of the applicant will be made by G & S Auto Service, on that portion of the premises reserved by the landlord and no repairs will be made on the leased portion of the premises.
