INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or, in in.k and submitted in triplicate to the Building
Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate olot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of iot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will ~ssue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in pc rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shah hove been granted by the Building Inspector.

On May 5, 1974 you filed an application for a
special exception for a sign to be located on premises
of Sfaelos Realty property, north side traffic circle,
Greenport. This appeal was not legally advertised as
~a ~lavc n~vcr ~cccived a 3ct~er of cc~n~cr,t from the
owners of the property.
You have not withdrawn this application and we
are holding your $15.00 fee. Please let us know if
you still wish to have this sign and have been able to
~et a letter of consent, or if you wish your fee returned
and the file closed.
