I have lived at this location since I purchased it from my Aunt, Ms. Marion Smith. Marion resided at Laurel Lake, starting in 1938. Since about 1950, as a child and teenager, I spent my summers with my aunt at Laurel Lake. I recall that the configuration of the house, including the closet on the west side, and the out buildings, including the garage and barbecue structure, of 2435 Laurel Way have remained tim aame since ~ before 1957(with the exception of a new addition in 2001 - 2002).
