I, Barbara Falconi Summers, being duly sworn depose and say that I own the property at
2705 Lighthouse Road, Southold, New York 11971. When I purchased the property I was
told that the two story stucco building toward the hack of the property had always been
used as a guest cottage or caretaker's cottage in past years. I have always used it as a
guest cottage or caretaker's cottage.

My name is Gail Fischer Horton and I spent the first twenty-four years of my life
as a resident on 195 Horton Lane, Southold, New York. My family owned six
waterfront cottages on the end of Horton Lane, next to McCabe's Beach, and I
spent most of my summer days in the area between Horton Lane and Lighthouse
Road. I distinctly remember the property at 2705 Lighthouse Road, Southold and
that the two-story stucco building in the rear of said property was always used as a
caretaker's cottage or guesthouse.
