They immediately thereafter constructed a residence on the premises. In 1953 they made an addition to the premises consisting of a garage and two bedrooms and deponent constructed a concrete block patio on the South side. Deponent further states that there have been no further additions to said residence and makes this application to the Building Department of the Town of Southold to obtain a Certificate of Pre-Existing Use. Attached hereto is a print of survey made of the property dated July 28, 1982 by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C.
