After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to renew farm labor camp
permit for camp located on the south side of Main Road,
Orient, New York. The Board agrees with the reasoning of
the applicant.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare
and justice will be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use
districts will not be permanently or substantially injured
and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Lloyd Terry, Main Road, Orient,
New York be GRANTED permission to renew farm labor camp permit on
camp located on the south side of Main Road, Orient, New York,
as applied for, subject to the following condition:
That this permission shall run for one year; to be
reviewed by the Board of Appeals in May of 1976.

Dear Mr. Terry~
Enclosed, please find partially completed forms for
renewing your labor camp permit for the year of 1975.
Please complete these forms in triplicate, have your
signature notarized and return to this office as soon
as possible, ~gether with the required $15. application
fee.
We would like to set this up for the May 1, 1975
meeting. In order to do this, completed applications
must be returned to this office by 9~00 A.M. Friday,
April 18, 1975, if et ell ~ossible. If this is not
convenient, return application forms at your convenience
and it will be set up for the following meeting.
