After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant is the owner of a peculiarly shaped lot. The findings
of the Board are that the applicant has placed the accessory
building in as good a location as possible. The Board agrees
with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship;
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property
and in the same use district; and the variance will not change
the character of the neighborhood, and will observe the spirit
of the Ordinance.
On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Hulse,.it was
RESOLVED Virginia G. Jones, 12 Hamilton Place, Garden City,
New York be GRANTED permission to construct accessory building
in front yard area as applied for on property located at Willow
Point Road and R.O.W. off Bay Home Road, Southold, New York, Map
of Willow Point, Lot No.26.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispie, Grigonis,
