Upon receipt of a request for a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the buildings on this premises. I was admitted to buildings by Mrs. Reinhardt who accompanied me during inspection which began at approximately 1:40 P.M. The one story framed cottage, occupied by Mrs. Ella Reinhardt, consists of two bedrooms, full bathroom, and a combination kitchen, dining, and living room. Heat is furnished to all rooms by an oil fired forced warm air furnace located in partial full cellar (southwest bedroom built on slab). Full bathroom facilities are located in southeast corner of cellar. This building occupies Lots 1-2-3. The one and one half story framed seasonal tenant building on lots 3-4-5 consists of a living room (cathedral ceiling), bedroom, half bathroom, kitchen, dinette and enclosed porch on first floor. Second floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a sleeping balcony. Building is constructed on cement block foundation with full cellar which includes full bathroom facilities and one car garage. There is no central heating system. Occupancy between fifteenth of September and thirty-first day of May not permitted, Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, Article V, Sec. 52-53 (Heating). The following violations of the Housing Code were found: ONE STORY COTTAGE - Cellar - fuel oil supply tank, filter pipe terminates inside building at tank. Art. V, Sec. 52-59 C.2. ONE AND ONE HALF STORY SEASONAL DWELLING Kitchen - outside entrance, no means of controlling light in room near point of entry, Art. V. Sec. 52-56 B.2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
