Mr. George Fisher, Building Inspector
Town of Southold
Southold, N.Y, 11971
Dear Mr. Fisher:
The residence known as 875 Oaklawn Avenue, Southold, to
the best of my personal knowledge, has been used as a one family
dwelling since 1925. At that time the house was occupied by Mr. &
Mrs. Thihault. After their demise, the house was occupied by
Mrs. Harvey, then sold to Loretta DiMaggio who sold to Dorothy
and John Reheiser and Dickinson Real Estate Agency was the broker
who sold the house to Mr. David Jackson in 1974. It is in good
condition and well maintained by Mr. Jackson.
Sincerely yours,
Margery Dickinson Burns
