REEVE. HERBERT H. REEVE is the owner of premises located at (No #) New Suffolk Avenue, Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York; he acquired this parcel from is father HALSEY H. REEVE in 1921 and built the house shortly thereafter. No improvements have been made to the residence since 1957. Survey of said property is attached. The garage which was owned jointly with his brother ELLWOOD REEVE, who acquired the adjoining parcel from HALSEY H. REEVE, his father at the same time. The garage was also built in the 1920's and no improvements have been made on it.
