A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance
is requested forthe reasonthat the appellants wish to divide their property
into separate parcels as shown on the attached map, the separation being
marked in red.

REASON FOR APPEAL
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because it would prevent the appellants from disposing
of that portion of their holdings which is in excess of their
present and future requirements and which, being so disposed of,
would not materially affect the character of the district (see
3 below).
2. The hardship createdis UNIQUEandisnotshared by oil prope~ies alike in the immediate
vicinity ofthispropertyand in thisuse district because

3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
