Re: Appeal No. 2162 - Washburn
Gentlemen:
We are in receipt of your communication of July 29, 1976
in regard to the above appeal. Since one of the children
of Walter Washburn is in the military service outside of
this country, it will take several more weeks before we
can complete probating of Walter Washburn's Will. The
nominated executor believes he is not in a position to
officially request withdrawal of this application until
he is officially designated by the Court as the executor.
On the above basis we request that this matter be adjourned
for a period of at least sixty (60) days and we anticipate
that during that time Letters Testamentary will be issued
to the executor and we then will be in a position to
officially withdraw the application.
Very truly yours,
CRC/pc

Re: Washburn Appeal
Dear Mr. Gillispie:
At a regular meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board
held July 12, 1976 the above-captioned matter was discussed.
It was the opinion of the Planning Board that, in view of
the fact that this is a four-acre parcel or better, that it
should be presented to the Planning Board as a minor sub-
division rather than sell one lot at a time.
Yours truly,
Z.A-<-~
