Dear Sirs:
I a~ writing t~is letter to ~rotest the
apJlic~tion by mr. rrenk Wills for 2 variance
to erect a barn o~ his property at Red Fox Road
in m~ttituc<, New York.
1) He does not state the purpose for w~ich the
barn will be erected.
2) A barn is usually erecte: to house live stoc<
of one sort or another. There is in this area
no other barns or live stock being kept.
3) His oroperty abutts_Eaptain Kidd Estates, which
is an area of single fa~ily residential homes.
Erecting a barn to keep live stock if this is
the case will constitute a oublic nuisance and
effect the oroperty values of his adjacent
neighbors.
4) The waste Jroducts of such live stock will create
odiferous co~ditions and attract innumeral flies,

mosquetoes and verne to the area.
5) I see no resonable method by which he can have
this waste product removed which will constitute
a pollution threat to the underground water plateau
.. in the area end the surrounding enviornment.
The above oroblems should constitute enough valid
reasons to deny this rpolication.
