1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties ar unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because I want to build my house on a lot which has only
95 ft. frontage, but 1.4 acre.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all. properties alike in the immediatl'
vicinity of this property and in this use district because Other houses in the area
are on smaller lots with less than 150 ft. frontage.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because This lot will be larger than some of
the other lots in this area.
