Comments:
The applicants own a lot across the street from the Town beach and ramp.
They feel that it would benefit them and also the other residents if they
could use this lot for parking during the sumpter months. They believe
that it would help to relieve the heavy traffic problem. They state that
they cannot use this lot for building because it is impossible to get
good drinking water. The lot was previously zoned for Business and
D~h~..w&s..~e~ee~-.t~..Residential-Agricultural. A decision on this appeal
Has been postponed for further investigation. Your comments will be
appreciated.

~ear Mr. Gillespie;
I am writing this letter to you to expresa my disagreement
with the proposed Variance for the lot located south of my pro-
perty. I would like to see the above lot remain as "A" Residential
-Agricultural, and not be an exception by being zoned as Business.
I may not be able to attend the town board meeting and hope
this letter will be regarded as my legal protest in lieu of my
presence.
