REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE wouid produce practica[ difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because applicant would have a piece of property with one
dwelling that is approximately four times ~'=
~n~ size of the average
properties in the area.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by ail properties alike in the immed[ate
vicinity of this property:and in this use district becouse most of the properties in
the area are approximately 65' x !75~
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because there would be only one additional lot
created which in itself would be larger than most of the lots in
the area. In addition, %he subject property was originally laid
out as four lots. Applicant wishes to cotmbine lots 11 and 25~
which already have an existing building thereon, and set off a
new lot comprising the lots 12 and 24 as a single building lot.
