notice). The Suffolk Times omitted it from their
December 31, 1975 publication and although it did appear
in the Long Island Traveler-Mattituck Watchman, and
adjacent neighbors were notified, Mr. Tasker felt that
it should be readvert.ised.

WHAT WOULD BE PERMITTED FOR ONE

THIS OF COURSE, WOULD CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE AREA WHICH

Unfortunately I am unable to attend hearing relative to above
variance, however my husband and I would like to be on record
that we have no objection to above variance.
We own the house and property directly across the street from
the Jagel property and understand that they are going to build
and occupy a year round residence at said property and this
will be their permanent residence. My husband and I have no
objection to the town granting permission for the building of
Mr. Jagel's house on this property,
The Jagels have always maintained their property in excellent
condi tion.
I do hope that this variance will be granted.
