We own the house and property directly across the street from the Jagel property and understand that they are going to build and occupy a year round residence at said property and this will be their permanent residence. My husband and I have no objection to the town granting permission for the building of Mr. Jagel's house on this property, The Jagels have always maintained their property in excellent condi tion.
