After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
the applicant requests permission to erect accessory building
in front yard area, Osprey Nest Road, Greenpot, New York. The
findings of the Board are that the Board is in agreement with
the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship;
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and
in the same use district; and the variance will not change the
character of the neighborhood, and will observe the spirit of
the Ordinance.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Pauline Israel, 275 Central
Avenue, Lawrence, New York be GRANTED permission to erect ac-
cessory building in front yard area, Osprey Nest Road, Green-
port, New York as applied for.

1., .,STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE wou~d produce proctica~ difficuJties or unneces-
Saky HARDSHIP because
The only hardahip would be the !esseuing of beauty for
premises and neighborhood.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by oH properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because this is an exist/rig accessgry
building :which,is nqw. located a~ the best location for best appearances
and to move same to comply wire,he zoning ordinance would make
same very noticeable and spoil general asihetics of neighborhood.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because is presently existing and in best location.
