REASON FOR APPEAL
o

o
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because applicant is purchaser under contract of sale with
Phi~ip Bingmann and Mildred Bingmann, his wife, and is purchasing
~ubJect ~roperty to erect thereon a single family residential dwell-
~ng. ~a~d lot b7ing ?resen~ly of insufficient size and frontage
accord~ngto Ord~nance requ~rements.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because other lots in the area of similar
size and/or area are already built up with single family residential
dwelling, similar tq which applicant intends to erect on subject premises.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the use will be in harmony with and promote
the general purposes of the Zoning Ordinance and the use will not pre-
vent the orderly and reasonable use of adjacent properties and the
safety, health, welfare, comfort and convenience and order of the~
will not be adversely affected by the proposed use and its location.
The character of the district is similar to th~_ applicant's proposed
use.
