is requested for the reason that APPLICANT DESIRES TO CONSTRUCT DWELLING HOUSE
on premises approximately 125.47 feet by 100 feet as a separate parcel.

REASON FOR APPEAL

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because it would prevent applicant from building a dwelling
house on a plot similar in size to other dwelling house plots in the
vicinity.
2. The hardship created is UN IQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because premises were purchased by
applicant's predecessor in title as a single and separate lot in
1967 immediately adjacent to a similar sized parcel en which
applicant's predecessor had previously built his home. Most other
properties in the area were of similar size and at that time
conformed to the zoning requirements.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the proposed dwelling house would be
on a lot similar in size to all other home plots in the immediate
vicinity.
