REASON FOR APPEAL ( ) A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 (X) A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance ( ) is requested for the reason that! I wish to sell an existing dwelling with lot as show' on survey by VanTuyl dated March 24 1976. Property with two dwellings was bought in 1950. Form ZBl (Cantinue an other side) REASON FOR APPEAL o Continued o 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because: The dwelling proposed to be sold has been used as a rent,~ home since we have owned the property . The proposed lot division will give adequate side yards with the existing dwelling.' 2. The hordship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because: Both buildings were on the peoperty when we bought it, and vas barn was converted to a dwelling in 1953. The proposed division would be in keeping with other properties on Clark road that have been divided. 3 The Vorionce would observe the spirit of the Ordinonce ond WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: Proposed use of the dwelling would be a continued one family dwelling as used in past, so no change would be made in the neighborhood.
