Raynor occupied: Daniel Gratton Jr. Upon receipt of an application for a Pre -Existing Certifi- cate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings on this premises. I was admitted to dwelling by Mr. Raynor who accompanied me during this inspection that began at approx- imately 1:50 P.M. The dwelling is a one story wood frame structure constructed on a cement block foundation and contains two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, front entry, sun parlor and rear entry laundry room. Heat is furnished to all rooms from a gas fired hotwater furnace located in partial full cellar. Domestic hotwater is supplied to all plumbing fixtures from a gas fired hotwater heater located in cellar. Access to cellar is provided by means of trap door in floor of laundry room. A one car wood frame garage is located in rear yard area. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: Entries -front and rear, no means of controlling light in room at point of entry. Article V, Section 52-56 B.2. Sewage System -no house trap. Article V, Section 52-51 C.1. Inspection completed at approximately 2:05 P.M. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in DUPLICATE to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent in- formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2.
