Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. Rascoe Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings at the above captioned premises. I was admitted to dwelling by Mr. Rascoe who accompanied me on this inspection that began at approximately 10:50 A.M. The dwelling is a wood framed one and one half story structure constructed on a clay tile foundation. First floor contains a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, full bathroom, half bathroom, glass enclosed porch on rear of building and a side entry vestibule. Second floor contains three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Heat is furnished to building from an oil fired warm air furnace located in partial full cellar with heat outlet in dining room floor. Domestic hotwater is furnished to all plumbing fixtures within building from a gas fired hotwater heater in cellar. Accessory structures consists of a wood framed one car garage and a wood frame storage accessory shed. These buildings are located in front yard area on premises. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: Entry-to vestibule, no means of controlling light in room at point of entry. Article V, Section 52-56 B.2. Half bathroom-floor covering at base of toilet not tight and deteriorating. Article II, Section 52-32 D. Bathroom-second floor, inside room no mechanical ventilation.
