states as follows:
That we are the owners of certain premises known as 2855 Hortons Lane,
Southold, New York, designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District
I000, Section 59, Block 3, Lot 31.
That located on said property is a one story frame house which was
constructed prior to Apr1! of 1957 and we submit this affidavit in support
of our application for a pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy for said
residence.
