One fence is on line, and one fence is outside the street line. IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that, based upon information presented to the Building Inspector's'Office, the occupancy and use for which this Certifi- cate is issued is as follows: one-family dwelling with two (2) accessory (shed) buildings. Final sur~ey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" - land uses: 1. Accurate SUrvey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. RACKETT, being duly sworn deposes and says: That your deponent reisdes at Shipyard Lane, East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. That your deponent is the son of Elwood A. Rackett who died testate on January 14, 1981. That your deponent and Virginia Beasley, deponent's sister, were the owners of property located on the south side of the Main Road at East Marion, New York, being shown on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000 Section 031 Block 7 Lot 5. That said premises are also shown on a map entitled "Map of Property Surveyed for Carleton & Louis Latimer at East Marion, ~Town of Southold, N.Y." prepared by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. as surveyed May 24, 1983, a copy of which map is hereinto annexed and made a part hereof. That prior to November 15, 1945, said premises was owned by Gladys ~A. Rackett, your deponent's mother. That on said date, to wit, November 15, 1945, said Gladys A. Rackett conveyed said property to her husband Elwood A. Rackett by deed recorded in Liber 2508 of deeds at page 324. Thereafter, the said Elwood A. Rackett, by deed dated April 1, 1974, and recorded in Liber 7614 of deeds at page 01 conveyed said premises to Gordon E. Rackett, your deponent and Virginia Beasley, deponent's sister. That deponent and his sister Virginia Beasley were the owners of ~aid premises until July 7, 1983, when deponent and his sister conveyed the same to Carleton and Lois Latimer. That your deponent is personally familiar with the character of the property mentioned above; has lived on said property during all of his youth and knows of his own knowledge that the structures on the premises and as shown on the annexed survey existed prior to the enactment of the Southold Town Zoning Code in 1957 and have continuously existed without change or alteration to the present day. That by reason of the foregoing, the premises have been in the present state prior to the original enactment of a Zoning Code in the Town of Southold, and deponent is advised that said premises constitutes a pre-existing, noncon- forming use.
