sary HARDSHIP because the applicant was the owner of Lot Nurnber 7 "!VIap of Section
l, Hickory Acres at East Cutchogue," Map NurrLoer 3325, which he purchased on
janizary 31, 1986. Said Lot has froni~g~ on LupLu Drive~ _His mother~ Helen
Rafferty was the owner of/a vacant parcel on t~ne Tree l~oad~ designated as
Parcel 2 on the survey submitted ~dth this application and his father~ Wi~_!iam J.
