) be denied and
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests perraission to construct addition with insuffi-
cient side-yard setback. The findings of the Board are that the
applicant does have a hardship in that his property has three
front yards.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship;
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and
inthe same use district; and the variance will not change the
character of the nieghborhood, and will observe the spirit of
the Ordinance.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Richard Kehrbaum, Camp Mineola
Road, Mattituck, New York, be GRANTED permission to construct
addition with insufficient side-yard setback, Camp Mineola Road,
Mattituck, New York, as applied for.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: - Messrs: Gillispie, Hulse, Grigonis.
