Town Counsel has suggested in the above oaptioned matter that the Board of Appeals hold a hearing. This hearing was con- ducted last night, and the possibilities of how to divide a parcel of 3.4 9ares with 358 feet of road frontage were dis- cussed. The applicant proposes that the westerly lot have a frontage of 120 feet and the two remaining lots equally divide the remaining frontage. Accordingly, we are suggesting this to you and perhaps you can consider it at your June 5, 1978, meeting. Please advise us if you have any suggestions which might differ from the applicant.
