S~E-C IAL MEETING
MONDAY, MAY 15, 1995
7:00 p.m. Special Meeting - Call to Order was made by Chairman
Goehringer.
A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Beard of Appeals was
made on MONDAY, MAY 15, 1995 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the
Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York 11971.

Absent was: Serge J. Doyen, Member (due to length and
expense of travel from Fishers Island)
A. RESOLUTION: On motion by Member Villa, seconded by Member
Dinizio, it was
RESOLVED, to amend the May 3, 1995 ZBA resolution to calendar
LKC Corp. for July 12, 1995, and authorize advertisement for
publication, after due notice, for a public hearing to be held on
June 7, 1995 at 8:15 p.m. (instead of July 12, 1995).
Vote of the Beard: Ayes: Villa, Dinizio, Tortora and
Goehringer. (Absent was: Member Doyen.) This resolution was
duly adopted.
B. & C. (from agenda): The agenda confirmed that all new
complete, filed applications fried on or before May 18th will be
filed with the Town Clerk*s Office, and advertised for public
hearings to be held on June 7, 1995, after review for completedness
by the ZBA Chairman and/or ZBA Secretary. Confirmation was also

given to Board Members that the new file photocopies will be
available for Board Members' on-site inspections on Tuesday,
May 23, 1995 - which is determined by the number of days for
advertising and publication, and the filing deadline for the
upcoming ZBA meeting.
D. UPDATE: BREWER'S YARCHT YARD AT GREENPORT and
SALAMANDER CAFE. Mrs. Helinski stopped in and picked up a set
of forms to apply for an amended Special Exception. Mrs. Helinski
said she would be in contact with her landlord - Mike Aeebo, who
may apply instead of her since she only has a lease.
E. UPDATE: James Miller project at Paradise Point. Member
Tortora indicated that the Planning Board response did not appear
adequate in that it is still not known whether the lot is a valid lot
under the subdivision approval when a major subdivision map was
filed with the County without any further amendment. The Chairman
agl~ed to send another letter to the p1Rnning Board Chairm~n
requesting more information.
There being no other business coming before the Board at this
time, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
