(D.S .T. ) Upon application of Harry M. Jaquillard, 13100 Main Road, Mattituck, kew York, for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article VII, Section 100-71 and Bulk Sch- edule for permission to construct an addition to a greenhouse with insufficient side yard area. Location of property: Main Road, Mattituck, New York, bounded on the north by Main Road; east by W. L. Grabie; south by John Wickham; west by R. C. Kopf. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship because SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) (would not) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. SEE REVERSE i (tt t ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FORM ZB4 man oard f APPe • i After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant wishes to construct a green house on the easterly side of his garden shop. The findings of the Board are that this addition will not seriously affect the driveway on the easterly side of the building and is contiguous to his garden shop. There will still be an 18 foot driveway around this property. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in the 'immediate vicinity of the property and in the same use district; and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance. On motion of Mr. Grigonis , seconded by Mr. Doyen, it was RESOLVED that Harry M. Jaquillard, 13100 Main Road, Mattituck, New York, be GRANTED permission to construct an addition to his garden shop with insufficient side yard area as requested.
