Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and the provisions
of the Amended Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
New York, public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of
Appeals at the Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on
Thursday, November 30, 1978, on the following appeals:
7:55 P.M. (E.S.T.) Upon application of Scott Ben Corp.,
Main Road, $outhold, New York, for a variance in accordance with

Comments: Applicant was granted permission for a second wall sign. The
appliance store is on a corner in Mattituck which is a traffic hazard
to the Town. This second sign would help people realize the location
of the store before being on top of it.
