REASON FOR APPEAL
( ) A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3

( )
is requested for the reason that the elrection of a £enoe is necessary to r~cluee
tbe chances of robery and vandalism on tbe above mentioned property.

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued 0
1. STRICT APRLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP becau~ the items manufactured by K.G. Browe~Mfg. Co. Inc.
must be stored for shipping in the storage area next to and bebin$
the present building. Several attempts have been made to vandalize
the equiptment. The only way to protect the manufacturer~ interests
would be to put a fence around tbs property. Such a fence would
de~sr any fubure attempts at vandalism.
2. The hardshipcreated is UNIQUEand isnotshared by ail properties alike in the immediate
vicinity ofthisproperty and in this use district because there ar~ no other manufact'-
uring concerns in tbs immediate area. Shipping and ~torage of
manufactured items is not ~ prime concern of any of tbs other
neigbborlng property owners.
3, The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because this area is zoned O-light industr~
and the erection of a fence would not change the present use of
the property in my way. It wouId not restrict access to any of
the :~- r neighboring pieces of property.
