ZONING BOARD OF APP
FORM ZB4
After investigation and inspection, the Board finds that the
applicant requests approval of access, right-of-way off Indian
Neck Lane, Peconic, New York. The findings of the Board are that
the Board is in agreement with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary harship;
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and
in the same use district; and the variance will not change the
character of the neighborhood, and will observe the spirit of
the Ordinance.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Charles A. Bolsch, 30 Roosevelt
Street, Little Valley, New Jersey be GRANTED approval of access
over the existing easterly right-of-way off Indian Neck Lane,
Peconic, New York, to Lot #2 of Minor Subdivision #87. The right-
of-way should have 15' of clearance and is subject to the approval
of the Building Inspector.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: - Messrs: Gillispie, Grigonis, Doyen,
Maimone.
