.Dear Sirs:
In our application and Notice to Adjoining property
owners, we had anticipated a 23-foot setback in the
rearyard and a 38-foot setback in the frontyard areas.
However, we have changed our plans and are res-
pectfully requesting a 20-foot setback in rearyard
and 36~foot setback in frontyard areas. Attached is
a sketch of the revised plot plan.

Dear Sirs:
In our application and Notice to Adjoining property
owners, we had anticipated a 23-foot setback in the
rearyard and a 38-foot setback in the frontyard areas.
However, we have changed our plans and are res-
pectfully requesting a 20-foot setback in rearyard
and 36~foot setback in frontyard areas. Attached is
a sketch of the revised plot plan.

38' x 24' deep (total length 51' with deck).
The land is highly elevated and drops
rapidly thereby leaving no choice but to
build closer to the frontyard. Requests a
