1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because location of greenhouse is of paramount importance.
Rear yard is fully exposed to elements. Only southern exposure
on side of house would provide enough protection.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE end is not shared by oil properties alike in. the immediate
vicinity of th!s prop. erty and in this use district because Subject house is new.
Landscaping is not complete.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOUbD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the greenhouse is fo=~ ,personal use only
and is, allowed in a A residential district.
