Posteraro occupied: owner Upon receipt of an application for a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the dwelling on this premises. I was admitted to building by Mrs. Posteraro and began this in- spection at approximately 1:50 A.M. This building is a two story wood framed structure constructed on a cement block foundation. First floor contains a living room with fireplace, dining room,kitchen, utility room off kitchen that provides a rear entry and a toilet room. A front entry hallway contains stairway providing access to second floor. Second floor contains three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from a gas fired hotwater furnace located in full cellar. Domestic hotwater is supplied to all plumbing fixtures from a gas fired hotwater heater located in cellar. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: Toilet room -no moisture resistant floor covering. Article II, Section 52-25 A.4. Interior stair -cellar, open side requires hand rail.Article II, Section 52-27 B. Electrical -open junction box north west -corner of cellar over e ecT tric water pump. Article V, Section 52-56 A.1. Exterior -cedar shingle siding on front of building over porch roof. Shingles broken and missing, hole in siding exposing wall cavity. Article III, Section 52-31 B. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
