Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Smulcheski:
Recently, you filed an appeal application for a variance
for permission to construct an attached garage in the sideyard
area and/or detached or attached garage in the frontyard area.
Inasmuch as your property appears to be in an area
which falls under the jurisdiction of the N.Y.S. Department
of Environmental Conservation, it is advised that you
contact their regional office located at the State Uni-
versity of New York at Stony Brook, Building 40, Stony
Brook, New York 11794 (tel. 516-751-7900). After this
