We are in receipt of your appeal application for a
variance for permission to construct dwelling with an
insufficient frontyard setback. The sketch submitted
with your applicat~o~ sho~s that it would have a setback
of 50 feet off Dick's Point Road, however, it is not
clear as to how much of a setback fs requested off Holden
Avenue. Could you please advise us in wri~g~
