Rd #8) /Y1 A Fj_j Te/ c k , .v . c1, Sub -Division: Lida Bartley Lots #6 & 7 Tax Roll: Lottie Pileski Tennant: Two dwellings unoccupied Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department, I made inspection of the buildings at this location and found violations of Local Law ##1, Housing Code, Town of Southold noted herein respectively. I was admitted to premises by Mrs. Helen M. Rynier_ who accompanied me on inspection which began at approximately 2:00 p.m. Main house: one story framed dwelling with partial full cellar consisting of kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms, with heat being supplied to every room from hot water furnace located in cellar. There are two porches, front and rear, glass enclosed - unheated. Front porch: electric switch controlling outside lamp post receiving current from porch ceiling light, wired with trouble light type lamp cord, plugged into light socket outlet. Section 526a. Second house: cottage with attached one car garage, no cellar. This building consists of two bedrooms, combina- tion living room -kitchen, half bathroom, and glass en- closed porch. Building is unheated, occupancy between the first of November and first day of May not permitted. Section 513a. Half Bathroom: inside, no exhaust fan. Section 215d. Accessory buildings and grounds are properly maintained. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
