Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, the proposed action is recommended as EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: i § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "F" which states: F. Granting of individual setback, lot line and lot area variances, except in relation to a regulated natural feature or a bulkhead or other shoreline defense structure or any activity within the CERA. The action will not impact a regulated natural feature and is not located within the CEHA. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
