Petty & Ors Unoccupied Upon request of George Stankevich, Attorney, Main Road, Southold, I made an inspection of this two story framed dwelling. I was admitted to building by Emeline Petty who accompanied me during this inspection which began at approximately 3:40 P.M. The first floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, and sun porch. Second floor consists of three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired hot water furnace located in partial full cellar - balance of foundation is crawl space. The following violation of The Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, was found: Cellar - outside entrance, doorway deteriorating, Article III, Section 52-31 B.
