Peterson, being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows: That I am the owner of certain premises located on the south side of Middle North Road (CR 48) designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000, Section 34, Block 1, Lot 6, That the subject premises contains a 2 1/2 story frame house, a detached garage and two sheds. All as shown on the survey of Roderick Van Tuyl dated January 20, 1989. That the house was completed in about January 1930 and the garage and sheds were constructed shortly thereafter. All structures on the subject premises were constructed prior to April 1957.
