The following comments.were made by the Southold Town
Plarn~ing Board on the various matters referred to it by your board.
In review of the application of Richard S. Corwin to the Board
of Appeals in which he requests a variance for approval of insufficient
area end width of property at Maple Avenue, Southold, the Planning
Board sees no need for a town highway in the area.
In review of the application of Clement W. Booth to the Board of
Appeals in which he requests a variance for approval of insufficient
area and width of property at Mt. Beulah Avenue end Soundview Avenue
at Southold, the Planning Board sees no need for a town highway at
this particular location.
In review of the application of Richard & Donnalee Relyea to the
Board of Appeals in which theyrequest a variance for approval of
insufficient area and width of property at Mattituck Creek, the
Planning Board sees no need for a town highway at this particular
location.
In review of the application of Julius Zebroski to the Board of
Appeals in which he requests a variance for approval of insufficient
